Ale bowl with a body that flares out rapidly and turns in to form 1.5″ slightly outflaring neck. Stylized floral painted on interior and an inscription around neck exterior on a red background.
Inscription: MOH (incised in bottom). Lad Braende Vin kun vare K(or B)art narr vi Har öl saa got og Klart. Ao 1814. (around neck)
Nils Ellingsgard (1979) says, “likely from Nordfjord or nearby.”
