Born “Anders Johannesen Bidningbø” on 20 Apr 1846 at Voss, Hordaland, Norway, son of Johannes Andersen Bidningbø and Brita Ellingsdatter Rykke. He came to America with his parents and baby sister on “Olav Kyrre”, which sailed from Bergen and arrived in New York on 28 Jun 1848. They came to Racine County, Wisconsin, and in 1856 moved to Holt Township, Fillmore County, Minnesota. Civil War: Died 1864. Sources: (Naeseth ’48-129)
