Transferred to Company H at Whiteside, Tennessee, on 1 Jan 1865. Temporarily assigned to the 24th Infantry. Was sick in Division Hospital 28 May 1865. Transferred to Company I, 13th Infantry, 11 Jun 1865. Mustered out on 30 Nov 1865 at Madison, Wisconsin. Post war: Died in Zumbrota, Minnesota.
