Private. Sick at Bowling Green, Kentucky, 4 Nov 1862. Served as escort with the provision transport from Stevenson, Alabama, 13 Oct 1863. Taken prisoner at Battle of New Hope Church, Georgia, 27 May 1864. Died of disease (diarrhea) in Andersonville Prison, 9 Nov 1864. Buried in grave 11,931.
