Butter Mold

Large wooden butter mold with four hinged sides, an open bottom, and pyramidal hinged top. The interior surfaces of the mold are carved; each side is carved with an initial: INDJ. The hinged top has crosshatching, diagonal lines, and zig-zags carved on the interior surface. On the exterior is a carved inscription: IASK 1835.
