Woven in two sections which are joined. Closely set, fairly coarse linen warp and black ground weft. Pattern wool in vertical bands of diamond forms on red, orange, yellow, pastel green, and mauve horizontal bands. Apparently woven in eight harness weave with warp threaded in twill and then in pattern in standard skillbragd technique. All borders have been turned back slightly and machine-stitched.
