Woven in rutevev (geometric tapestry) weave with single interlock tapestryjoins. The main motifs are large eight-petal flowers that are divided by diagonal bands of crosses. Made from commercial materials, but in a traditional technique.

Woven by Sigrid Kvien Tvenge, who immigrated from Valdres, Norway, to Decorah, Iowa, in 1855.
