Re-enlisted as a Veteran for three years on 11 Feb 1864 at Tullahoma, Tennessee. Re-mustered 21 Feb 1864 at Tullahoma. Wounded again in the Battle at Pine Knob near Dallas, Georgia, 25 May 1864.
