Private. Left sick at Bird’s Point, Missouri, on 14 Mar 1862; moved to hospital at Mound City, Illinois, 18 Mar 1862. Listed as still there on 3 Jun 1862. Later moved to hospital at Nashville, Tennessee. Known to have gone home on sick furlough. Sick at Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 24 Jun 1863. Died of consumption in New Albany, Indiana, 14 Jul 1863.
