Joined the Company at Strawberry Plains, Virginia, on 31 Mar 1864. Taken prisoner at New Hope, Georgia, on 27 May 1864. Returned to D Company on 4 Aug 1864. Transferred to Company H on 13 Feb 1865. Transferred temporarily to the WI 24th Infantry, and finally to Company I of the 13th on 10 Jun 1865. Sick when mustered out.
