This flatware, in the Vidar pattern, was made in 1967 by the Th. Marthinsen Company for the Chicago Norske Klub. There is an acanthus- like detail at the tip of each handle.
The Chicago Norske Klub, which was in existence from about 1911 to 1971, was a Norwegian-American cultural and social organization.
