Absent sick at Helena, Arkansas, since 13 Aug 1863. Private Johan Anderson on 10 Mar 1865 is on detached service at Mobile Point, Alabama, guarding commissary supplies. Rejoined H Company on 17 May 1865. Mustered out with company on 29 Aug 1865 at Brownsville, Texas. Post war: Buried in York cemetery, Blanchardville, Wisconsin.
