TX 1st Inf Co H. CSA. Born “Anton Torgersen Noreodegaard” on 21 Oct 1836 at Moss, Norway. Civil War: Enlisted at Kickapoo on 20 Mar 1862 for the war. Private. On 12 May 1862, he was listed as being absent in General Hospital No. 18 at Richmond, Virginia, suffering diarrhea. He was transferred to Chimborazo Hospital No.4 in Richmond on 13 May 1862 and was there until about July of that year.
