Discharged from the service for disability on 6 Oct 1862 at Cincinnati, Ohio. He later, on 10 Feb 1865 at Dale, Wisconsin, enlisted for one year in the Wisconsin 47th Infantry, Company A (WI 47th Inf Co A). Mustered at Madison. Promoted to Corporal. Mustered out on 4 Sep 1865 at Nashville, Tennessee. Post war: Married to Thorine. Farmed near Winchester. Died 1894. Buried in Winchester Cemetery; stone reads “Kittle Anunson 1836 – 1894”.
